Yoni steams, also known as v-steams, are a herb infused, steam bath for the pelvic region based on Mayan cleansing rituals and techniques. The Yoni Love Herbals Postpartum Yoni Steaming session is a deeply relaxing experience that combines moderate temperature steam and herbs to help alleviate pelvic tension, increase circulation and reduce inflammation. The combination of herbs in our Postpartum Yoni Steaming Blend are packed with ingredients that assist in rebalancing hormones, toning the uterine walls, and aids in tightening the vaginal walls. There are several herbs in the blend that also help to relieve anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalance commonly experienced during the postpartum period. Your yoni steaming appointment will consist of a brief guided "womb-versation" exercise , a womb massage with herb infused body oils, followed by the yoni steaming session itself. After completing the yoni steam, clients are encouraged to take a minute to self reflect and will be gifted with a yoni steaming journal where you will be able to reflect on any thoughts and feelings that arise during your yoni steaming session. Yoni steaming sessions usually last an average of an hour but may extend to 1 1/2 hours depending on the clients need during the appointment.
